I've been so BLOODY EXCITED to share this episode of The Stress Sessions with you since I recorded it... and here it is!

This week, I'm chatting to US-based actor and comedian, Baron Vaughn, who recently starred in the hilarious Netflix series 'Superstore' (if you've not watched it, please do. It's SO funny), is the character 'Bud' in 'Grace and Frankie', and even had a cameo in the amazing American monster film, 'Cloverfield', which came out in 2008.

With a successful career in comedy under his belt too - appearing on Conon, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson - I was pretty nervous when it came to speaking to him. But, surprise, surprise, he was lovely.

We chatted all things mental health and, of course, spoke about his role in the 'Laughing Matters' Soul Pancake documentary, which features a bunch of successful US comedians speaking about the role mental illness had played throughout their careers.

Baron Vaughn: "I'm a person who lives life. So, therefore, I experience anxiety and depression".

If you enjoy the episode or any of the others, please share with friends, family, or anyone who you think they may help.

This is brilliant. Here's The Stress Sessions with Baron Vaughn!
