Yesterday the SEC gave a Wells Notice to Coinbase, alleging that Coinbase has been all a long dealing in unregistered securities. Coinbase says they have been in constant communication with the SEC. Yet, it didn’t seem to change the outcome. That and the news Today in Web 3.
