In this quick podcast announcement as you may have seen on social media i am re-focussing the podcast to ensure it stays in keeping with fatherhood, parenting and mental health awareness. Sharing my fatherhood journey, family life and chatting with other dads about their experiences, the more we talk about these subjects the easier it becomes for others to also talk.
Going forward any alternative or miscellaneous content that is not in keeping with the above such as music chats or whiskey tasting etc will now take place on the new youtube channel Jamie's man cave. This way the dad chats remain the focus of the podcast.
