In this episode Kacie discusses some reasons you might be reluctant to exercise, whether that's an issue and some tips to overcome these barriers.

Remember - We have tools not rules.

As always some thought exercises:

  1. What do you consider counting as exercise? Is it a walk only over a certain distance or classes but not dancing around your room?
  2. If you were to take a week off exercise completely, how would it leave you feeling?
  3. Make a list of some forms of exercise you’ve always wanted to try - e.g. kayaking, surfing, climbing, salsa dancing…
