Helen set up her own business, Free to Lead Consulting, 6 years ago which supports leaders in being ‘free to lead’ in their work, careers, and their lives. She says one of her favourite quotes is from Maya Angelou: ‘people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
