Straight out of university he began a career in recruitment, working in central London.
There he learnt sales from the ground up, talking to high calibre individuals on a daily basis, trying to match the high standards that they expected, with great results. He had always been interested in property but always assumed you needed thousands of pounds to get started and that it was way out of reach.
When he heard about the rent to rent strategy, it opened his eyes to a world where you did not need a massive amount of money to make a fantastic second income and start growing a portfolio that could replace that of a full-time job. He then discovered property sourcing. He knew that he had already acquired the skills of working with clients, on a busy schedule and achieving great results for them, and knew that he could use that to source properties for investors.
