Following a video I posted on Instagram regarding starting a course of antidepressants, I thought I would share a little bit more of what the journey has looked like for me. Remember that everyone's struggles will look and feel different - this is simply what it looked like for me, and hopefully, me opening up can make any of you in dark places feel a little less alone.
