We welcome Dr. Kelly Windle into the studio this week! Kelly is a Future of Work Psychologist, keynote speaker, author, advisor, and consultant. This was an enthralling discussion where we go deep into workplace culture, leadership, creating healthy and thriving workplaces, and the importance of transparency between the employer and employee relationship. We were even prompted to give a massive shout out to our boss, Steve! Kelly spoke with a great deal of eloquence, articulating what we would all like to convey openly and honestly at work. She immediately puts your mind at ease, carrying herself with delightful grace by helping people become future ready with a "I got this!" attitude.
