In this episode Paula shares some of her learnings from her visit to Bhutan in 2018. 

As a kingdom that measures happiness as Gross National happiness as opposed to the rest of the worlds GDP Gross domestic products 

What can we learn from measuring happiness as a society?

• You can work towards larger plans such as retiring early ad travelling
• Helps you get more out of life and improve your well-being
• Helps you to have confidence you will reach the goals that will add to your overall happiness
