Police Commissioner Ian Mcgrail finds it "incomprehensible" that he should have been the subject of a "dawn raid" by police on Thursday. Reading a statement on his behalf, lawyer Charles Gomez said Mr McGrail had himself reported the data breach in the inquiry into his early retirement, and had made himself available throughout, to assist the investigation. Mr McGrail is "confident" he'll be found not to have committed the alleged offences.
