Over £4000 was raised for Gib Sams at a fun run on Saturday. The suicide prevention charity offers a listening service to anyone who feels they need to talk and be heard, or who may be experiencing distress, despair or thoughts about self-harm. CEO Brenda Cuby joined us in the studio.
