The new tunnel under the runway and the connecting road will be known as Kingsway Tunnel and Kingsway Road. It was inaugurated at midday. The ribbon was jointly cut by the Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, and his predecessor, Sir Peter Caruana - who commissioned the tunnel. Mr Picardo joined Gibraltar Today live in the studio.
