The Filled Quiver Outdoors Podcast is back after an unplanned break with what I think is my longest interview to date. I considered breaking it into two episodes, but because it's such a good conversation, I decided to go ahead and leave it all together as a long format show. We spend the first part of the conversation talking about how Hermit Company came to be and bamboo rod building before talking about the item that led me to discover the company, the Palmer.
We also talked about their film "Charred," which you can find on their YouTube Channel along with their new film, "Turmat: Blood, Sweat, and Trout." Both of which are excellent short films.
If you're interested, at the time of release, they have the Palmer as well as the pocket guide they mentioned early on in the episode available on their website. If you have any questions for them about any of their items, or to let them know you enjoyed their films on YouTube, be sure to email and let them know.
