On this episode of the Filled Quiver Outdoors podcast I had the pleasure of talking with professional angler Ott Defoe. We didn’t talk about his 2019 Bassmaster Classic championship or 8 other professional wins, his 2011 Bassmaster Rookie of the Year award, or this year’s 3rd place finish for Angler of the Year Major League Fishing's Bass Pro Tour. Instead, we discussed other topics such as the YouTube series he hosts with his wife Jennie called JOJ (which stands for Jesus, Ott, Jennie), why there was no part 4 in his YouTube series of how to make a crankbait which would have covered painting the lures, and where the names for his Rapala line of crankbaits came from. Ott also played a round of Me Too! and you may just be surprised by some of his answers.
