If you are anywhere north (or south) of the equator, right now we are deep in winter. It's dark most of the day, it's freezing, it's grey and we are hard wired to want to hibernate during this time. This week's episode discusses tips to try and make this time a little easier for yourself, and a reminder that listening to our bodies is more than okay. We do not need to explain ourselves for being literally biologically inclined to want to rest in January! Give yourself lots of love and protect your peace unapologetically.
