While many people pride themselves on being “great at multi-tasking,” but studies show that employees are 40% less productive when multitasking. While many think they are maximizing your time by doing many things at once, focusing on one task at a time is actually better for your mental health, memory, and productivity. Kristen and Sharon take a deep dive into some of these studies, generational differences when it comes to multitasking, and tips on how to keep yourself focused at work and in life.
