In this interview I chat with Katie Richardson from Whole Health NZ. Katie is a Physiotherapist with a particular interest in Women's Health, Nutritionist, Pilates Instructor and Therapeutic Yoga teacher. I took questions from followers on Instagram as well as guidance from Katie on all things pre and post natal womens health when it comes to getting guidance and support from a physio. 

As you'll learn in this episode, Women's Health Physios can help us with a variety of areas pre and postnatally and I would encourage you to find a private provider near you or alternatively contact your GP for a referral to a public health physio consult.
