This is my 20th Chai Session and I’m delighted to be chatting with Ema about yoga philosophy, specifically yama-niyama.

Yama-niyama are a living, breathing, moving, real life practice. Our understanding of them changes depending on where we’re at. Each can offer a fresh perspective at different times in our life.
