In previous episodes, you may have heard Lexie mention her quantum sessions with Alyssa Donato. In Episode 17, we were so excited to have the opportunity to welcome Alyssa as a guest on the podcast.
Alyssa is a grounded soul whose purpose spans greater than the physical world. Our conversation in this episode circled very much around the idea of rebirthing - what does it mean, when can it happen in our lives, how can we be guided through it, and more. We even dove into the idea that your body and brain can remember the womb and birth, that our children are very much imprinted on by their birth experience, and even how generations of birth experiences can show up in our birth stories as mothers today.
