In Episode 19, we welcomed Lexie’s long-time friend, Dr. Bailie Cronin, to talk all about plant medicine, microdosing, and the psychedelic renaissance, and how these modalities are becoming increasingly popular tools for the healing process.
Bailie is a doctorally prepared board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and owner of Peak Interactive Wellness in Denver, Colo. She quickly grew her practice - while also becoming a new mother - from one to 15 people in just a few years.
Bailie’s specialty is ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and esketamine for depression and anxiety, which she provides at her practice. She also specializes in perinatal mental health, functional medicine, and pediatric/young adult mental health.
This episode was so informative and fascinating, and we were actually surprised by all of the parallels between Bailie’s experience and research, and topics from previous podcast guests!
