The family table is the place where we feel we all belong. Jesus’ guest list is quite startling. Those who might be deemed worthy of an invite reject it. Those whom others pass over on the invitation list are compelled to come to His table. Those who are the most vulnerable should be ones Jesus’ followers show radical hospitality and offer a compelling invitation to be a part of the Father’s Table.
Key Verse: Then the master told his servant, “Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.” (Luke 14:23)
