In Isaiah 40: 1-11 God is making some promises to his people through the prophet Isaiah. We have the benefit of not only seeing these promises, but also seeing just how God came through on those promises and delivered as he said he would. These promises are not just for them (God's people long ago), but they are for us today as well.
