Description

This week Gerard is joined by former AFL player and St Kilda legend Justin Koschitzke, and it is one of the best chats so far. Justin played 200 games for the Saints in his 12 year career and has been a massive advocate for mental health and concussion protocols since retiring from the AFL in 2013. He talks about his career, injuries, regrets, habits and more including opening up about his own mental health and dealing with the fallout from the massive hit with Daniel Giansiracusa that knocked him out, gave him a fractured skull and left him dealing with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).
