Michelle is a qualified accountant who retrained as a Nutrition and Lifestyle coach as a result of a series of events in her own life. She now trades as The Vital Sign Nutritionist, supporting women to achieve easy pain-free periods through Nutrition, Lifestyle and Self-Care practices.

During our chat, we discussed Michelle's journey to new career, why she believes that the menstrual cycle is the 5th vital sign and the importance of self awareness when it comes to our own bodies.
