On today's episode we head to court for a crazy trial on and off the screen! First we start with our usual recap, this time of CSI Season 4 Episode 11 "Eleven Angry Jurors". After, we dive into Tanner v The United States, the story of a jury that turned into a party. In the 1980s, William Conover and Anthony Tanner were found guilty on conspiracy to defraud the United States and mail fraud, but little did they know during recesses the jury was drinking, smoking weed, and snorting cocaine. Listen to find out how the Supreme Court ruled when the defense brought it to them.
