It started as a side hustle, out of the side of a local kitchen, to a group of Mom’s who helped spread the word in Whistler, BC. Ed, a passionate or dare we say, obsessed baker has turned the side hustle into one of our favourite local vegan bakeries with the support of his partner, Tash. Churning out over 150 loaves of sourdough a day, this is not simply a “pandemic hobby” — this is a new way of life. And when having the chance to speak with entrepreneurs who are crafting their way to making a dent in the universe, one loaf of a bread at a time, we can’t help but get excited!
