Peter is a GP and integrated physician, working as a clinical specialist in Behavioural Sleep Medicine and General Medicine at University College London Hospital (RLHIM). He is an Adaptive Resilience trainer and Leadership Development trainer at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, the Institute for Public Administration, Ireland, and at the United Nations Staff System College
He is book author of 'Manifesting Your Best Future Self: Building Adaptive Resilience,' as well as others in the areas of adaptive resilience, stress and performance management, and physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health
He feels passionate about utilising the relationship between education, psychology, and medicine to improve and maintain health and to facilitate peak experiences

He introduces adaptive resilience, the importance of open-mindedness, open-heartedness and open-willingness, how to have courageous conversations with yourself and how to reframe negative situations
