All of us have PTS, post-traumatic stories. Some might be more traumatic than others, but if we don't become aware, build an intentional response, and deal with them, they'll stop us from living our best life. 

I'm Terri Mongait, and today, I'll share bits of my journey and everything I've learned from my post-traumatic stories. It is never too late to realize that, if anything, we are in charge of our reactions; regardless of what life throws at us, we get to decide what to do with it. 

After a traumatic brain injury put me in a coma for three weeks, and doctors forecasted I'd be "broken for life," I decided to call BS on that diagnosis, started a successful business, and became an award-winning author. I learned that I can choose how to respond to my circumstances every day, and I know you can do it too.
