Sitting down with Talia Lazarus and Katie Crowhurst, Katie is an eighteen-year-old British para-athlete.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, everything Katie had spent her life working towards as a para-swimmer was taken away.
It was extremely tough for her, but she took the initiative to try something new, para-triathlons. And with that new exciting, but daunting step, she came back stronger and has since won a gold medal at The Commonwealth Games.
