In dieser Folge haben wir Michael Ankele, den Evaluationsbeauftragten des Departments für Humanmedizin der Universität Oldenburg, zu Gast. Gemeinsam beleuchten wir, welche Rolle Evaluationen für die Weiterentwicklung von Lehrveranstaltungen spielen und wo ihre Grenzen liegen. Wir diskutieren, wie Feedback fundiert erhoben und sinnvoll interpretiert werden kann. Dabei geht es auch um typische Stolpersteine und darum, welche Fragen wirklich aussagekräftige Impulse liefern. Eine Episode für alle, die ihre Lehre reflektiert und datenbasiert verbessern möchten.
