Description

We live in a world where it’s drummed into our heads that they can be anything that they want to be. You can be a millionaire, you can be president, you, too, can be in the NFL! If you just put your mind to it… But here’s the thing that we all have to face: there will always be something you try that you’re going to suck at!

Welcome to episode three of Failure is Not the Problem. I’m George Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest, General Welton Chase as we discuss different leadership tactics that allow others to accept their failures, and learn from them!

Welton Chase served in the United States army for over 30 years, where he eventually became General, commanding platoons of different sizes and overseeing complex assignments.

You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true.

Let’s connect!
