Description

Welcome to episode eleven of Failure is Not the Problem. I’m George A. Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest, Jonathan Ashby, as he talks us through his service in the military, his experience as a teacher, and the importance of good leadership within the confines of our military.

Jonathan Ashby is a Technical Sergeant and educator in the United States Air Force. As a front-line leader, he highlights the importance of teams feeling supported and heard - mutual respect, especially in high-stress situations is crucial between a leader and his followers.

You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true.

Let’s connect!
