Description

Welcome to episode eight of Failure is Not the Problem. I’m George A. Milton, AKA “America’s Failure Coach.” I’ve spent the last 30+ years coaching, mentoring, leading, and training audiences around the world on the positive aspects of how to use their failed experiences to become successful. Join me and our guest, Sherry Megerle as she talks about her experience being a professor at UT Health in San Antonio!

Sherry Megerle is not only a professor, but a nurse with a masters degree in forensics. She now guides future nurses and forensics scientist on the right path, so that their profession can mirror their passion. Along with this, she shares her philosophies on the nature of failing and how it can not only help us become more successful in the long run, but more kind and compassionate people in our every day lives.

You are a champion. How do I know? Because you showed up. If you want to be successful, half the battle is showing up. Most of us from a very early age have been conditioned to believe that failure is negative, but that’s simply not true.

Let’s connect!
