"Flow of Thoughts" is a creative and introspective project designed to explore and document the evolution of our thoughts throughout the day over the course of a week. Using a structured and precise process, we captured our thoughts at three specific times each day: 11:00 AM, 4:00 PM, and 9:00 PM. The goal of the project was to reflect on how our mental state, emotions, and perspectives shift depending on the time of day, our activities, or external circumstances. By focusing on these fixed intervals, we created a framework to observe patterns, contrasts, and transitions in our thinking.
Each thought recording session was guided by a consistent methodology, ensuring that we could accurately trace and analyze the progression of our inner flow. This systematic approach allowed us to highlight recurring themes, fleeting moments of clarity, or unexpected shifts in mood and focus.
Ultimately, "Flow of Thoughts" reveals the dynamic nature of the mind and provides a deeper understanding of how our thoughts interact with time and daily life.
