In this episode, I touch on the importance of sleep for your hormones and how without sleep we cannot expect to have regulated hormones. Sleep is absolutely essential and our internal body clock reset and major functions need to happen in our sleep that directly impacts our circadian & infradian rhythms. I also touch on what my nighttime routine looks like & and how you can start to build yours!
