The true rod of grace and authority is the Holy Spirit. When we align our heart, mind and emotions to His authority, we break the back of the oppressor. True dominion is what you set your mind, will and heart to do in God's kingdom. Break the rod of the oppressor and use the testimony of Jesus to turn it into God's glory.
