New Year’s resolutions. Were you filled with a sense of dread from those three words? Well, guess what? You don’t HAVE to set New Year’s resolutions. Did you know that? Do you feel like a weight has been lifted? With a new year, so many of us feel the need or desire to set lofty goals—lose 30 lbs, eat healthier, fall in love, get a raise at work. But really, change happens little by little, and these big goals can often do more harm than good. This month on the podcast we’re talking all about change—in many areas of our lives. 

The most common resolutions you’ll hear about relate to physical appearance or health. Today, we’re joined by Sarah Clark, a wife, expecting mom, and nutrition and fitness coach. Sarah works with clients to find balance in nutrition and fitness in healthier ways—mentally and physically.
