This episode’s guest is Brannon Patrick, a husband, therapist, co-creator of Therapy Utah, and a fellow podcaster. Although he specializes in treating addiction, Brannon is passionate about change in so many aspects of our lives, and shares some valuable tools in this episode for embracing and accepting change—including honesty, community, hopefulness, and getting educated.
