Aayush has set up his own business twice! With a background in Biology, Aayush was always interested in tech and passionate about software, building projects in college and he started his first business with some friends.
Aayush has a huge entrepreneurial spirit and has just launched a new tool (Cliff.ai) to monitor the metrics of a business, flagging anything out of the ordinary. Aayush’s energy for using tech to help businesses is fantastic and key to how he leads his teams!
Sandra and Aayush discuss bringing in the right people and Aayush really rates hiring young and getting people enthusiastic about the business mission. Here at TP we love developing people and helping them grow into their future role, so it was great to hear how Aayush and the Greendeck team do that too.
