Whether you are an athlete, a casual gym go-er or a slow walker, there are incredible insights into training our mind and body in this fascinating episode with Sarah Seads.

Sarah is a Kinesiologist in Exercise Sciences, a Clinical Hypnotherapist involved in body mind connection, and a Sports specific Training Coach for Runners and Endurance Athletes as well as a passionate advocate for mental health. Sarah competes around the world in running events from 5kms up to the 100 mile distance and has been Coaching, training and racing for over 25 years.

She has finished 2, 100 mile distance running events so far, with the second one since utilizing Pranayama, Cacoa, Mind game and new energy building practices - resulting in a much more positive experience than the first race!
