On this week's episode, I sit down with David Duggan from Below The Line, who provide executive coaching and leadership development for teams, individuals and organisations. Rather than an interview, this is more of a two-way conversation which was really enjoyable to record and there's lots of interesting nuggets throughout. It was a wide-ranging conversation about facilitating team workshops, selling our services, and the impact we've seen on organisations and individuals.
