Description

In this episode I speak to the gorgeous Natalie Wagstaffe about how her varied career, spiritual practice, and personal life experiences have lead her to becoming a Life Coach for Women of Colour. We do talk on the subject of racism as part of her journey so just to be aware of this before tuning in.

And to add that of course when I speak about the onus being on ‘the white people in the room’ to play their vital part in being the change we want to see in the world, I fully include myself. This is a movement not a moment and I invite all white people listening to be with me on this journey of understanding our privilege and how we can use it to support anti-racism and do our absolute best to be an ally.

To see all of Natalie’s latest offerings and services visit www.intrepidheartcoaching.com and keep up to date with her @intrepid_heart_coaching on instagram. The wait list for her group programme is now OPEN! And you can reach out to her for 1:1 coaching via the links also. Following this discussion she has decided to run a ‘Small Acts of Courage’ workshop

Also this is the IAPT document I made reference too as well as the Unison Race for Equality campaign.
