In this solo episode I share a bit of a comeback chat as it feels like it's been a lot longer than it actually has! This episode was therefore going to be named 'starting again' until I realised that title already exists (oops!). So therefore it's title is actually much more fitting - always turns out that was doesn't it :)
Our identity is often something we simply accept and stick with. It's formed over our lifetime and once we hit adulthood it's far too easy to just take what's been formed for what it is. However often without conscious effort do we have the identity that truly feels fitting for us... and the fact of the matter is that even if we choose the path to establishing it there will be constant changes too! Because the external world is always changing and therefore our internal world should be encouraged too also.
This episode is primarily to provide a boost where it's needed and offer a check point in remembering that you get to CHOOSE how you show up. The things you do, the places you go, the people you see, and fundamentally the thought processes you have that govern all of this.
It's also an important reminder that personal growth is no easy ride (if only!). If you're doing it effectively then it's painful, it's uncomfortable, it's icky, and far from a walk in the park. However I share ways that make it more manageable as it really is the only true way forwards.
