Welcome to a new mini series within the main show! As you may or may not be aware I'm a huge personal growth and self-development junkie and my biggest commitment in life is the one to bettering myself. To always be learning and striving to understand the good, the bad, and the ugly, and how to ultimately find optimum peace and joy in life!
So I've most recently found a counsellor to start working with, initially on a weekly basis, and felt called to share this journey with you... so here we are! It naturally won't be all of the ins and outs of my sessions but the aim is more to share what the general experience is like, what I'm gaining from it, and how I'm handling the tricky stuff that ultimately is going to show up along the way(!!).
