We talk about competing and being supportive of fellow team mates. Giving back, and encouraging others to join on the mats and particularly wanting other women to join the game. Honouring life's experiences, good and bad, bringing lived experience and appreciation whilst dropping all of the labels we accept through life in training jiu jitsu.
