These are the 7 things I’d focus on most if I had to start training all over again after nearly 30 years of my personal experience lifting, becoming an award-winning PT with the largest gym corporation in Canada, and hiring coaches myself!
I wouldn’t change a thing that led me to all of the knowledge I have now, because all of my experiences made me the coach I am today.
But, if I could turn back time and do it again, knowing what I know now! These things would be crucial!
