Are we at the point in Canada where DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) is running amok? Without a doubt racism is deplorably wrong - but are we excluding qualified professionals from being able to accomplish their work because our sensibilities are out of whack? How bad do things need to get before we get our priorities straight?
