Simon founded Speakeasy Club following his own struggles with depression and anxiety over a number of years, with the aim of creating an environment where people feel comfortable to be vulnerable and open up about their own thoughts and feelings. For Simon, it took hitting rock bottom to find a way out. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Through Speakeasy Club, resources and conversations are being made more readily available to access in your time of need. And through Simon sharing his own story on this episode, we hope you can see that no matter what you are going through and how you feel, you are not alone and there is always a way out.
