My guest today on the Happy Head Podcast is Emmanuelle Raoul Cuni.

The Bread Girl (this was my nickname as I was addicted to bread )
Born in Burgundy in France, from a single mum family, I had a modest upbringing.

I lived in France till my twenties when I left to come to the UK as a student initially for 3 months.  22 years later, I am still in the UK.

Health was a huge topic in my family as almost everyone among my uncles and aunts suffered of either a physical or mental illness and mum had mental health issues too along with high blood pressure for which she was medicated very early on in her life. Most of my uncles and aunties died at a young age.

I was not spared from the health troubles and from the age of 5-6 , I was unwell, sick regularly and had daily severe acid reflux and this went on for years.  Doctors told us it had to be stress and to go home and try and manage my stress. But I knew there was more to this.

My interest and passion for health subjects grew from there as I was searching for answers for myself and my family. So I began to explore nutrition and the impact it had on the body and I was following the advice that was there.

We had a typical French diet made of fresh food from the garden, fresh meats but also lots of carbs and the famous French Bread.  And God, I loved bread and was eating huge quantities of it !! It was considered as a good food too.  It was my comfort food and little I knew this was the cause of all my troubles.

I tried all diets and each one were just the same.  I saw no improvements…
And then, my breakthrough came, at 32.  I got pre-diabetes when I was pregnant with my boy and had to remove all sugary foods and carbs out of my diet.  I discovered then just how powerful our body is meant to be and its own healing powers. This changed my life!

Today, I am  on a mission to educate and empower people to believe in their own healing abilities and implement the principles of keto, diet variation, fasting and detoxification in their life for a vibrant health and life.
Our body is a miracle born to heal, we just need to learn the tools to do it!

Paul Wilson

WHAT I DO: I help people with an alcohol problem get sober, stay sober and take back control of their lives.

WHO I WORK WITH: I partner with business owners, executives, and those with high pressure targets.

HOW IT WORKS: We start with a free strategy call. If we agree that we're a good fit, we'll diary three sessions, usually about a week apart.

WHAT OTHERS SAY: "I'd been drinking alcohol on a regular basis for several decades, always thinking I'd stop one day. I heard about Paul's work and decided to give it a try. What did I have to lose? After years of struggling with my issue, I was blown away with how easy it was to change.

Paul has a calming, grounded energy and I immediately felt at ease in his presence. Despite the obvious apprehension prior to my first session, I was able to totally relax and be in the moment from the outset.

The urge to drink alcohol literally disappeared overnight. There were a few fleeting moments where I thought about it briefly, but these soon faded once the change was embedded into my subconscious. The whole process took a mere 3 weeks, which I found astounding.

I would thoroughly recommend Paul as a practitioner for making positive changes in your life. He was incredibly supportive during the process. I didn't need any help between sessions, but he offers this as part of the service. At the end he even guided me through the methods I could use on myself for any other change work I wanted to do.

I have tried this at home and it works. As a result, I feel empowered to create further change and steer ever closer to my life goals.

Thank you Paul, you have changed my life for the better!"
