Tosh is a mindfulness and a divorce life coach. This year she co-authored the #1 Best Seller Mindfulness for Challenging Times with her chapter Mindful Ways Through Conflict.
She began her blog in 2014 after consciously choosing ‘kindness' as the main foundation of her divorce, having felt overwhelmed, scared and depressed about her impending divorce and subsequent future.
Her coaching embodies a different approach to conflict and divorce, helping her clients transform their emotional and mental wellbeing experience from anger, heartbreak and stress to empowerment, self-confidence and self-kindness.
Featured in The Sunday Times and Weekend FT and on the BBC, ITV and Sky amongst others talking about a kindness through conflict. Tosh has been a speaker on mental health summits and podcasts.
Her own podcast Divorce Goddess is now on it's second season and has ranked in the top 50 US and UK Relationship charts.

She also loves sea swimming all year round and is yet to put on her wetsuit!

HOW IT WORKS: We start with a free strategy call. If we agree that we're a good fit, we'll diary three sessions, usually about a week apart.
